The cheats aren't working. Can we admins get the ability to turn them on, again?

Having the password off hasn't really done all that much good. Because new people only come in when we are RPing and more often than not they just go all crazy and don't read the motd.
It was worth a shot, but yeah I'd rather have cheats than no password.
